Tailoring & Shipping Time

Please note that we don't keep inventory of most of the dresses. Your dresses will be made in our factory according to the size & color you select. Tailoring time is usually 10 to 14 working days. Shipping usually takes 5 to 10 days. So the Total Delivery Time is different to shipping time alone.

Return & Exchange

GloriasBridal.com wants all our customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly. Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to wrong shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by TheVogueBridal.com within four business days of receipt of order.

Merchandise must be in new, unused condition.

No credit will be issued for items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for any shipping related claims. Used, washed, altered items is not allegible for a refund.

Buyer shall be responsible for the two-way shipping costs of all exchanges & returns unless TheVogueBridal.com is responsible for the exchange or return due to sending the wrong item.

A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returns.

Measuring Guide

The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a professional seamstress to take your measurement. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you. Measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress.Do not measure over other clothing.


Bust Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should berelaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone.Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Shoulder to Hem Shoulder to Hem(for short length dress) Measure from the highest part of the shoulder to the dress hem.(Take the tape from your front like the small picture). Shoulder to Floor(for floor length dress) Measure from the highest part of the shoulder to floor.(include the high heels inchs)

Dear blum,Would you please tell me your height and length of the dress you want?Please measure from the top of your shoulder to the position of the hemline you want the dress to reach.Please also kindly be noted that the color might be slightly different as color abereation is unavoidable due to the nature of computer monitors
